Danish sterling silver “Water Beads” bracelet. 1960s. By Kurt Nielsen.

The lineage of the Nielsen business dates back to 1942. The company later expanded and became an international conglomerate, receiving the Frederik IX honorary award for meritorious effort in export. Kurt Nielsen trained at Georg Jensen in the 1950s before becoming the artistic director of KNDK.

I have a matching ring listed separately.

This amazing heavy bracelet is 18.5cm long x 3cm wide. Weight 124.9g. It has a “hidden” clasp.

Excellent condition. Comes with original box.
